At BrewingDealers we strive to provide you with the highest quality coffee and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below for detailed information on how to return or exchange items.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods such as coffee beans and grounds.
- Gift cards.
- Sale items.
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@brewingdealers.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
2.2 Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
3.2 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@brewingdealers.com with details of the issue and your order number. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
5. Gifts
5.1 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
